At Mac Tools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
